We welcome feedback whether positive or negative and will acknowledge such feedback in writing.

Should you feel the need to complain, we take these matters very seriously and we will give it our utmost attention. We will endeavour to resolve the matter in-house but would refer the matter to Worthing Borough Council’s Hackney Licensing department as necessary.
